I had my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, but also wanted the technicians to check my air conditioner which was making a bad noise. They did check it, but it took over a day to inspect and was never 100% certain on the diagnosis. They did flush and change what they needed too but the labor cost was outrageous. I’m hoping the problem was solved but I have to wait and see. This is what I was told by the service center. I have a warranty that would cover anything if it fails but I paid a lot of money in the mean time. I understand it was hard to diagnose but I feel the labor should have been reduced for my trouble of leaving my car overnight. I had an 8:15am appointment but I’m sure they didn’t start then because I dropped it off. I’d really appreciate holding appointment times even if you drop your car off, especially when diagnosing an issue that could be difficult. I don’t know your business, but I have a good idea you don’t uphold appointment times for maintenance that you consider routine. But air conditioning isn’t and should have been worked on in a timely fashion first thing in the morning to ensure the return of my car the same day. Someone dropped the ball and management should be aware and update procedures. I’m in the service industry and would like the constructive fees back to fix in the future. Thanks, Jesse. 717-350-3385. I received an email from diagnostics telling me one of my tires was flat (not totally) I called Faulkner service and they said to come right in. They had me back in business in an hour. Many thanks to Leslie in service. She is always so pleasant and takes great care of customers

Great service, was in snd out for an oil change The only problem I encounter was the weekly phone calls from corporate about scheduling my last free oil change. I said I would call when it was ready. Once I did make the phone call to schedule the appointment with the dealership it was an easy process. Then a few days later I received a phone call again from corporate asking about scheduling oil change when I already schedule the oil change. I asked what happen to my schedule oil change I already made. Didn’t give me a a very comfortable feeling.. I had no idea if a I had an appointment or not, after clearing my schedule to bring the car in for my schedule time. It doesn’t sound like your corporate computers are not communicating with your dealerships.
