Well my family is friends with Perry & John. While the service dept tried 'finding' the issue I explained they brushed it off that "they could not find/replicate the issue." Unfortunately vehicles today are all computerized codes when there is a fault or an issue. However, if the issue does not trip the alert a mechanic won't necessarily go looking for something given the amount of time they have with the vehicle. Therefore, I cannot say I had a great experience as it would have been nice to actually talk to a human being that knows cars.
