Overall I had a pleasant experience, however there are some things left to be desired. The customer service provided by Jim was by far the best I’ve ever had in any dealership. He was polite and thorough. The service piece was a little frustrating. First I had dropped off on Thursday morning and then found out a tech wasn’t available to work on my car until after the weekend. The techs were able to locate one of the issues however it wasn’t until I requested to have a specific part changed that the additional issue was solved. After waiting three weeks for a backordered part (which I understand can’t be helped) I finally had my car back but a day later one of the noises I brought the car in for is back. I will troubleshoot on my own this time.
